The assessor does not examine or have any contact with the claimant whose file is under review.
Medical File reviews are review of the pertinent documentation and report writing based on the findings of the file typically used to address the specific questions proposed in regards to the eligibility of benefits and to provide medical evidence for mediation, trial, or appellate courts
